soon to be return of the power w

Hello Readers,

now that Movember is over, you will be glad to know that Tom Anesta's classic "Power W" facial hair will be returning to my face.


The Power W is a most stylish sort of facial hair shared by the likes of Lemmy Kilmister, Glenn Chocky (no, I don't know who he is either), Franz Josef I, and Chester A Arthur.  Some earlier variations are called the A La Souvarov and Franz Josef, and the Friendly Mutton Chops (and if you grow out your sideburns it becomes a Hulihee [like this]).

On a related note, I am kind of disappointed at the lack of Power Ws on the internet.  This blog (yes, I did look through the whole thing for Power Ws), has only a few people with Power Ws.  The more disappointing part is that so many almost have Power Ws, but they still have that ridiculous goatee.  Samuel L Jackson almost has one in this picture, and so does Hugh Jackman, but not quite.  It seems that I should start a movement (it's better than bringing back the chia pet, Ann Webb).  All of you Power W + Goatee wearers should seriously consider the pizzazz you could gain by switching to the Power W.  Additionally, there is no wikipedia page for "power W".  You have my pledge to remedy this by the time the Power W is back.
